I have been using Total Attorneys for close to a year now. I am a solo practitioner on a limited budget so I want to make the most of my advertising dollar. I reviewed the Yellow Pages, newspaper and television advertising. Total Attorneys was the agency for me since the beginning for several reasons.

At no time were any empty or false promises made such as "we promise to send 100 signing clients to you per month" or "your business will be a success if you go with us." I advertise through my business website and through Total Attorneys solely. I DO NOT advertise through any other source. As a result of this decision my business has steadily grown each month. There has never been any fear of signing your life away and being held hostage in a contract when the advertising was not working for you. You can terminate the contract at any time. There is not any another advertising source out there that I have found where this is actually true.

Customer service and satisfaction seem to be the number one goal of Total Attorneys. I have the ear of the President Kevin Chern and this is important when your business is on the line. It is also important to note that Total Attorneys is such a success because Kevin Chern has practiced law. He has been in the trenches and knows first hand what the client expects and what we expect as attorneys. The other thing that impresses me is that every convention I have attended Kevin has also attended, not only as a vendor but also to stay current.

Kevin does not try to do this alone. He has a wonderful team that he has put together that makes Total Attorneys run smoothly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week gathering clients and sending them my way. My personal team consists of Tim Ryan and Elizabeth Burke and I speak with these two at least once a month. Their sole goal is to make my practice a success. I can say without a doubt that my practice would not be a success today if it was not for Kevin, Tim, Elizabeth and the entire Total Attorneys family.
