Chelsey Lambert
Virtual Law Office Enabler Chelsey Lambert brings a wide range of entrepreneurial and marketing experience to Total Attorneys. Chelsey’s professional experience stretches back to her teen years; as office manager in a family business she had primary responsibility for management of a design staff of 35 while the company’s principals regularly traveled internationally. While attending college, she founded the upscale City Chicks Boutique, managing all purchasing, marketing, market research and customer relations for the company.
In 2006, she joined Total Attorneys (then Infra-Strategy) to help sell Infra-IT, the company’s managed services product. Within months, she was promoted to Sales & Operations Manager of that division. When Infra-IT was sold in 2008, Chelsey stepped into the role of Executive Director of the newly-minted Total Practice Management Association, where she assembled an impressive array of law practice management experts to provide information, insights and advice to small firm and solo practice attorneys and organized the popular 2009 Get a Life Conference.
Today, Chelsey assists attorneys who are moving their practices into the future with Virtual Law Office Technology, providing not only product assistance but assembling a wide range of resources and insights to help lawyers make the most of virtual practice.
