Bob Hannon, Director of Operations

bob-hannonDirector of Operations Bob Hannon joined Total Attorneys (then Infra-Strategy) in the summer of 2005, shortly after the launch of the company’s first nationwide attorney marketing site.   At that time, two employees answered inbound calls during the day and one after hours.  In the ensuing years, Bob managed implementation of the company’s outbound call process and took the lead in development of the Total Attorneys Virtual Receptionist service. Today, he oversees Total Attorneys’ 24/7 inbound and outbound call center operations, virtual reception and case support, with a staff of more than 60 customer service agents.

Bob’s philosophy is that “over the top service” is the key to lasting customer relationships, and he has built a team that shares that philosophy. Bob is passionate about music, plays multiple instruments and once had a job regulating and repairing concert harps; he also loves to cook everything from low-and-slow barbecue to Indian dishes from scratch.
