In general, our service automatically gathers certain usage information like visitor IP addresses and the numbers and frequency of visitors towww.totalattorneys.com and its pages. Information about Visitors to and Users of the TA Application
The TA Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register with the TA Application. You must be a registered user of the TotalAttorneys.com software platform (the “Software”) in order to be able to use the basic features of the TA Application. When you register to use the TA Application, you generally provide (a) your Software user name and password and other registration information and (b) information you enter and upload into the Software, such as contact information, documents, calendars, and case management information.
In addition, the TA Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the TA Application.
You can stop all collection of information by the TA Application easily by uninstalling the TA Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Security
We follow the highest industry standard protection and practices available to protect visitors to our website. Any payments made on www.totalattorneys.com for our products or services are processed by Cardholder Information Security Program (CISP) compliant credit card processors, and no credit card or payment account numbers are stored on our servers.
