Success Stories

Memphis bankruptcy attorney Jonathan Garrett liked the quality of the contacts he received from Total Attorneys’ High Performance Marketing, but he knew that just how successful the program was for him depended on his own investment. After designing a system of consistent follow-up within his office, he saw the percentage of contacts turning into paying clients, quadruple, and he’s sharing how he did it in Success Stories.

18 States Have Closed Ethics Investigation with No Finding of Wrongdoing
The Board of Overseers of the Bar for the state of Maine advised earlier this month that had found no violation of the Code of Professional Responsibility in connection with the complaint lodged by a Connecticut attorney last year. The panel determined that "participation in the website arrangement is permitted as a group advertisement."

The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of North Dakota also advised that a similar complaint had been dismissed after the Inquiry Committee Southeast of the State Bar Association of North Dakota found insufficient evidence to support a charge of misconduct. And, just last week, the Attorney Grievance Commission for the state of Michigan advised in a brief letter that the matter had been "closed administratively."

The same attorney filed similar complaints in 47 states, though 24 of those states never opened investigations. Of the 23 states that did choose to investigate, Maine, North Dakota and Michigan are the 16th, 17th and 18th states to close their investigations with no finding of wrongdoing, and no state has entered any finding of wrongdoing in connection with the complaints.

Purse of Hope Jewelry Now Available in Stores
Jewelry created by the girls at Total Impact House will now be available in several stores in the Chicago area. Three local Von Maur stores will be offering the jewelry on a trial basis beginning this week. This is a test market and could result in wider distribution of the girls’ products, so please support the effort. Stop by the St. Charles, Glenview or Yorktown Von Maur to check out the jewelry, and help us spread the word. The jewelry is also being carried by Tenacity, a boutique store in Geneva, and Kristen is discussing distribution with other shops.

As always, direct donations are appreciated at Purse of Hope/Total Impact House Donations.
