Tennessee Dismisses Ethics Complaint
The Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee has advised advised that the complaint filed more than a year ago by a Connecticut attorney against Tennessee lawyers advertising with Total Attorneys has been dismissed.
The same attorney filed similar complaints in 47 states, though 24 of those states never opened investigations. Of the 23 states that chose to investigate, Tennessee is the 19th state to dismiss the complaint or close its investigation with no finding of wrongdoing. No state has entered any finding of wrongdoing in connection with the complaints.

The Art of Firing Clients
