From the moment a prospective client contacts one of our Total sites, our system begins building your case file. Our online case evaluation form or call center operator will gather information about the areas of greatest concern to the client, along with contact information. All of that information will be immediately available to you in the Total Attorneys database. Before you ever speak with your prospective client, you'll know what he's most worried about, how and when he contacted us, and when he'd like to hear from you.
If there are multiple attorneys in your office, the database allows you to assign contacts to particular attorneys within your office manually or according to pre-set parameters of your choosing. Each attorney has his or her own log-in to receive contacts and track clients.
The record created for each contact allows you to log billing information, note client contact, and calendar future case activity and court dates. You can maintain a complete record of case activity online-and not just for the clients who came to you through Total Attorneys. Our software allows you to manually add clients, so that you can use these same tools to track all of the cases in your office.
The database also allows you to search and sort clients according to a variety of parameters, including the date of the initial contact, the attorney to whom the client was assigned, the court or judge before whom the case is pending, and more. This complete case management system will simplify your record keeping and allow you to centralize your client information for Total Attorneys clients and others alike.
