Actually, where most businesses fail is the "business" side. Many people are talented mechanics/lawyers/chefs, but running a business and keeping your customers happy just don't always fall under the umbrella of technical skills.

I enjoyed this video post; I am a VA and I work for an attorney one day a week (in his office). The rest of the time I work for him virtually - he's realized the value of outsourcing and we've really improved some of his operations now that he's not doing everything himself. Thanks!
